Uninsured patients should still give Southeastern a call to discuss sliding fee scale options， which are determined on a case-by-case basis， according to Blake-German.

But registered nurses are just one cet of each patient’s multi-disciplinary team， which includes wound-certified nurses， physical therapists， occupational therapists， speech therapists， nutritional counselors and social workers.
Along with social workers， home health aides serve a vital role in connecting patients with resources， since aides often live in their patients’ communities and are aware of available services.
