Staff and postgraduate students， including Honours students， can request items not available in their home library or online through the librarys Document Delivery Service.
The library staff provide support to site based Monash staff and students. Library staff are able to provide limited assistance only to other Monash University staff and students.

Monash University Library owned materials held at Box Hill Hospital and listed in the Monash University Library catalogue are often available for loan through the Loan requests function. Requested items can be picked up at a Monash University branch library or at the Ian Potter Library (Alfred Hospital).
