In all， 816 students have completed the program with TeKamp at the helm， and he has no trouble identifying dozens of established businesses that have sprung up as a result.
The program has been delivered since 1990 by the Grenville Community Futures Development Corporation， in partnership with the 1，000 Islands CDC out of the Prescott office on Water Street.
Gazleys view of TeKamp and the value of the SEB program is shared by many clients， including 2010 graduate Carmen Florio.
